The move starts at the booking

North Sydney removalists for towers, walk‑ups and offices

Four in five homes here are apartments, so the move is won before the truck arrives. We book the goods lift, confirm the dock clearance and send your building manager the paperwork they were about to ask for. You pack the kettle. The plan is already made.

Won before the truck arrives

Three things we sort before moving day

Most moving-day disasters in 2060 are booking problems wearing a furniture costume. So the booking is where we do the heavy lifting first.

01

The lift reservation

We ask your building manager for the goods lift window and work the day around it, not the other way round. Midweek slots are usually easier to land than end-of-month Saturdays, and we will tell you straight which weeks look tight.

02

The paperwork

Certificate of currency, common-property protection, the move-in form your building wants filled in. We send it to the manager before they ask, because a move that is not approved is not booked.

03

The run sheet

Truck sized to your dock, crew sized to your list, times in writing. On the day everyone already knows where the truck stands and which lift is ours, including the building manager.

The tower core

Docks, goods lifts and strata rules

Miller Street, Walker Street, the Pacific Highway towers. The job here is coordination: a booked lift, a cleared dock, a manager who already has our paperwork.

Apartment & tower moves

The harbourside villages

No dock at all. Stairs, straps and street smarts

Kirribilli, McMahons Point, Lavender Bay. Walk-ups from the 1920s, one-way streets, furniture that deserves careful hands. Opposite problem, same answer: arrive with the plan made.

Village & walk-up moves

Crews by the hour

Three crews. Real rates. Cheaper booked online

No mystery quotes. You book a crew and a truck by the hour, and the online rate is genuinely lower than our standard rate for the same crew.

Apartment / unit

2 movers + 1 truck

$200/hr online
$250/hr standard

The workhorse for studios, one and two bed apartments, and most walk-up jobs.

House, 2–3 bed

3 movers + 1 truck

$250/hr online
$350/hr standard

Bigger apartments, terraces and the Cammeray family-house pocket. One extra pair of hands saves more than it costs.

Large home / office

4 movers + 2 trucks

$400/hr online
$500/hr standard

Four bedrooms and up, and office relocations where the schedule matters more than anything.

The Move Window Planner

Find the week your building will actually say yes to

Answer five quick questions about the building, the size and the week you are aiming for. We hand back a draft run sheet: the lift lead time you likely need, the paperwork your manager will want, where the truck stands, and the crew that usually fits.

Ready when your building is

Tell us the building. We arrive with the plan made.

Two minutes on the form: where you're moving, roughly what's coming, and the week you're aiming for. We call you back, talk to your building manager if there is one, and lock the window.
