Tell us the building. We'll bring the plan

Two minutes, no account, no call centre. We read every enquiry ourselves and call you back on the number you leave. If your building has a manager, the lift and paperwork chase becomes our job from that phone call on.

If the Move Window Planner sent you here, its summary lands in this box. Edit it freely.

We use these details to plan and quote your move, and for nothing else.

Fair questions

Before you hit send

Who actually books the goods lift?

Either of us can, but once you enquire we prefer it to be us. We ask your building manager for the window, supply the paperwork they want, and fit the crew to the slot. You stay copied in, not stuck in the middle. The whole process is unpacked in Booking the lift.

What if my building has no lift, no dock, no manager?

Then you're in the village half of our week and the plan changes shape: stair protection, a compact truck, and an honest look at where it can stand. That's a job we like. See village and walk-up moves.

Why is the online rate cheaper than the standard rate?

Booking through the site means the job arrives with the details we need already written down, which saves us admin time. We hand that saving back: $200 instead of $250 an hour for the two-mover crew, and the same pattern up the tiers. Same crew, same care, better rate. The full table is on the rates page.

Can you give me a fixed total right now?

Not sight unseen, and you should be wary of anyone who will. Crews are booked by the hour, and the honest way to a number is the callback: we ask the right questions, then put the estimate and the assumptions in writing so you can hold us to them.

Why can't I just ring you?

You will be able to soon. Our local line is still being connected, so for now the form is the one channel, and we call you back. Nobody's enquiry sits in a queue behind a ringing phone.
