Terms & honest disclosures
The fine print, set in a readable size
Most terms pages are written to be skipped. This one is short on purpose, because the disclosures on it are things we actually want you to know. Bad news travels first class around here, and so does the fine print.
The images are generated
Every photograph on this site is AI-generated, made in this site's own art direction. They show how we work and the standard we hold ourselves to, not a specific past job or a specific client's lounge room. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let a picture imply a portfolio it isn't.
The tools are guidance, not quotes
The Move Window Planner asks five questions and drafts a booking window a managed building is likely to approve, plus a run sheet to start from. It's a head start, not a booking, a certification, or a price. The run sheet on the homepage is an illustration of the format, not a live record of a real job. The only numbers that bind anyone are the ones in a written quote.
The rates are real, the totals aren't promised
The hourly rates on the pricing page are our actual working rates, published because there's nothing about them to hide. What no page here does is promise a fixed total sight unseen: hours depend on the building, the access and the furniture list, so the estimate lives in the written quote, where you can hold us to it.
The guides are general
Our guides and area pages describe how moving usually works across North Sydney's pockets: lift bookings, strata paperwork, walk-up logistics. Usually is the operative word. Every building sets its own rules, and your building manager's word beats ours every time. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or strata advice; it's general information to help you ask the right questions.
Using the site
Read it, use it, plan your move with it; that's what it's for. The content and imagery were made for this site, so please don't lift them wholesale and dress them up as your own. If something here looks wrong or out of date, tell us through the enquiry form and we'll fix it: we'd rather hear a hard truth early than a soft one late.
